By accessing or using any service offered by Kinson AI Marketing Consultancy ("Kinson," "we," "us," or "our") — including the ARIA Ad Research & Intelligence Assistant, this website, and any consulting services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course or engage our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Kinson provides AI-assisted digital marketing consultancy services to businesses, primarily in the Caribbean region. Our services include:
- ARIA (Ad Research & Intelligence Assistant): A tool that searches Meta's Ad Library for competitor advertising activity and generates AI-powered marketing strategies using the ARIA Framework.
- Marketing Consulting: Strategy development, campaign planning, and digital marketing advisory services.
- Educational Resources: Courses, frameworks, and materials related to AI-assisted marketing.
3. Use of the ARIA Tool
Access to ARIA is provided on a tiered basis:
- Free tier: One complimentary strategy generation per session. No account required.
- Consultant & Agency tiers: Expanded access available via WhatsApp inquiry and paid subscription.
By using ARIA, you agree that:
- You will use the tool for lawful marketing research purposes only.
- You will not attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI or API infrastructure.
- Strategies generated by ARIA are recommendations only and do not constitute professional marketing advice.
- Results depend on publicly available Meta Ad Library data, which may be incomplete or delayed.
4. Data and Privacy
Kinson does not collect personally identifiable information through ARIA beyond what is necessary to deliver the service. Specifically:
- Search queries entered in ARIA are used only to retrieve competitor ad data from Meta's Ad Library.
- Business details entered in Step 3 (strategy generation) are processed by the Claude AI API and are not stored permanently.
- Session data is stored temporarily and cleared at the end of each browser session.
- We do not sell or share user data with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party Services
ARIA integrates with the following third-party platforms. Use of ARIA constitutes acknowledgment of their respective terms:
- Meta Ad Library API: Data sourced from Meta's publicly available Ad Library. Subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policy.
- Anthropic Claude API: Strategy generation powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Subject to Anthropic's Usage Policy.
Kinson is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of data returned by third-party APIs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the ARIA tool — including the ARIA Framework, design system, copy, and methodology — is the intellectual property of Kinson AI Marketing Consultancy.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Kinson content without written permission.
- Strategy documents generated for your business by ARIA may be used freely for your own internal marketing purposes.
7. Course Purchases and Refunds
Paid online courses (including the AIMAR Framework Self-Paced Course and Foundation Courses) are sold per student unless expressly stated otherwise, with payment processed through a secure third-party payment provider.
- 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a course purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase by emailing ewort@kinsonai.com from the email address used at checkout.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Course access is granted to the purchasing student and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written permission.
- Prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Current pricing is published on the relevant course page and at kinsonai.com/pricing.md.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kinson provides its services "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that ARIA strategies will produce specific business outcomes.
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
- We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Anthropic, Render, etc.).
- Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to Kinson in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to Service
Kinson reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to active subscribers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
